Here's what you can expect at your next visit.
WELLNESS POLICY
If you are sick with cold or flulike symptoms, currently have, or have been exposed to COVID-19, we ask that you reschedule. If you arrive & it is apparent you are unwell, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. We are committed to temporarily waiving our cancellation policy fees in cases of Covid-19 related illness. Our Looks team members continue to be vigilant in their own daily health screening as well.
SAFETY
We will continue to have hand sanitizer readily available at check in, and at all service areas. As always, all towels, capes, tools, & shampoo bowls are being washed & sanitized in between each guest. High touch point areas are being regularly cleaned & disinfected. Touchless Apple Pay & Android Pay are available. Our team has been licensed & trained in sanitation protocols & new procedures.
