Part of our philosophy is excellence through education. We believe that staying ahead of the newest techniques and trends allows us to provide the best possible experience for our guests. Because of this belief we push our artists and leadership to continually hone their craft. We are a live teaching salon & spa, utilizing our own Associate Program led by our Educators. This is a 6-9 month program akin to a Masters Degree after attending beauty/esthetics school and allows our newest talent to begin their career with the elevated skillset our guests have come to expect from us. They work hands on with their mentor on their guests, delivering an unparalleled luxury guest experience while they complete advanced in- house technical training. We also bring in leading artists in our industry as well as assist our team in attending outside training in locations such as the Redken Exchange New York, Redken Symposium Las Vegas, Ouidad NYC, Premiere Orlando, Bellami Las Vegas, JZ Styles, Loreal ProLab in Los Angeles, and the Make Up For Ever Academy NYC, and internationally recognized artists to name a few.
