Creating our culture.

Part of our philosophy is excellence through education.  We believe that keeping current on the newest techniques and trends allows us to provide the best possible service for our clients.   Because of this belief we push our stylists to continually hone their craft.  We provide in-salon training taught by leading artists in our industry as well as assist our team in attending outside training in locations such as the Redken Exchange New York, Redken Symposium Las Vegas, Ouidad NYC, Premiere Orlando, Bellami Las Vegas,  and the Make Up For Ever Academy NYC to name a few.

We've taken our love for education one step further by now implementing our own in-salon associate training program.  We teach, and inspire every artist to be the best they can be.  Equipping them with the proper know-how to execute their services with confidence.
