Where can I park?
- McCalister Parking Garage is conveniently located directly behind our salon. We are also closely located to the Pugh Street Parking Garage.
*Please note that McCalister garage is prepay. You can pay at the terminals located throughout the first and third floors. Be sure to have your liscense plate number with you when you approach, as it will ask you for it.

Do I need to provide a credit card to schedule and hold appointments for services?
- Yes, we ask you provide a credit card in order to secure / hold the appointment.
Your credit card will not be charged at the time you book your appointment. We will only charge your card if you do not show up or if you do not cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. For more information please view our cancellation / no-show policy.

What is the cancellation / no-show policy?
- We understand that plans change and life happens. If you're unable to keep your appointment, we ask you please notify us of your cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. This gives us the opportunity to offer that time to another guest who may want a service. If you do not show up, or notify us of your cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time and it's an appointment held with a credit card, your card will be charged for 50% of the base scheduled service price. This also applies to appointments that need rescheduled due to late arrival without notification. However, if you are sick there is no penalty for canceling.
