Skincare is something that definitely isn’t as fun as makeup but is much more important. If your canvas isn’t properly taken care of, no amount of product you cover it up with is going to make a difference. Skincare is your home base.

To make a long story short- BareMinerals was recently purchased and completely revamped by the brand Shiseido, which is one of the oldest skincare and cosmetics companies in the WORLD.  Backed by the most tried and true patented technology, its no wonder the SKINSORIALS skincare line by BareMinerals is delivering us some serious results. Today I’m gonna give you the run down on the entire line, so grab a snack and lets hit it.

• I have oily skin typically, but when trying out these moisturizers I actually loved Butter Drench to use overnight to super hydrate my skin for the next day, as a result my skin became less oily because it was hydrated enough to not over produce oil everyday

There you have it folks. A little advice from me personally with my own skin and things I’ve learned, if you splurge on skincare you will be able to save in other areas. What is the use of a name brand $30 foundation if you’re slapping it over top of angry skin you use a $10 cleanser on? This is something I had to learn the hard way after years and years of skin struggles. When I finally decided to take my skincare seriously and make it primary in my beauty spending, things actually changed.
